A recent study released by Salary.com, which calculated a stay at home mom's workplace value if she were compensed with money instead of smiles and love, highlighted the fiscal value of our nation's mothers. In fact, once the various jobs a stay at home mom performs in an average week are tallied and the countless hours of overtime are taken into account, this six figure salary actually seems low.
